- The E-MTK mobile application is provided for use by schools and educational institutions.
- Users do not create accounts within the app. Instead, their school provides them with login credentials.
- The school manages user accounts and may update, modify, or revoke access.
Note: We do not collect registration data directly from users.

- User role & permissions (determined by the school)
Important: We do not create, modify, or control accounts. Schools are responsible for managing credentials.

- IP address (for security and login verification)
- Error logs and diagnostics (for troubleshooting)

We use essential tracking technologies for:
- Session Management: To keep users logged in.

Since accounts are managed by schools, we do not collect data directly from children under 13.
Schools must obtain parental consent before providing access to minors where required by law.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in regulations or Service improvements.
